A Healing Escape to Harrison Hot Springs, BC

Harrison Hot Springs Village is approximately 1.5 hours away from downtown Vancouver. There is a belief that hot springs water cleanses the skin thoroughly and balances our body and mind. Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa is home to five indoor and outdoor natural mineral hot spring pools (outdoor pools pictured above).  There are two indoor pools and three outdoor pools with varying temperatures, including an adult only pool. Staying at the resort grants you access to all pools on the premises, or you can purchase a day pass for daytime use of the pools. If you would like to visit the Healing Springs Spa for spa treatments, you are also granted access to the pools. For other visitors, a public pool is also available at a minimal cost.

The Up5 machine from Korea utilizes massage to relax facial muscles by simulating blood circulation and removes toxic substances from the skin. The WAVE Whole-body Advanced Vibration Exercise is used with conventional exercises to involuntarily contract and relax muscles 20-50 times per second, multiplying the effect of every move. WAVE was developed and designed by a group of doctors, therapists, and health professionals, where 15 minutes of vibration exercise is similar to 1 hour of normal exercise.
